Kenneth M. Chong
Ken is head of capital markets for Paladin Preferred Capital, a BRC Advisors company. He has over ten years of experience in real estate syndication, capital raising, investor relations and commercial brokerage. Ken was an advisor with Inverness Real Estate Investments, a real estate advisory firm that raised over $1 billion in investor capital.
Prior to the real estate industry, Ken was the Advanced Markets Director at the Principal Financial Group specializing in complicated estate planning, compensation packages and non-qualified retirement programs.
Ken is involved in the community and served as President of the Rotary Club of Los Angeles, the 5th oldest Rotary Club in the world (2013-2014) and is the current Treasurer and Foundation CFO. He is also a Senior Assistant Governor for Rotary District 5280 which encompasses 63 Rotary Clubs in the Southern California area. Ken is a board member of Bruin Professionals and a Vice Chair in the Pasadena Tournament of Roses. Ken earned a BS in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics with a Specialization in Business Administration from UCLA. He is a regular guest lecturer at UCLA Extension on 1031 exchanges, real estate investing and real estate for self-directed retirement accounts.
