Sandra Park is an attorney who started her career as an Attorney-Advisor litigating for the U.S. Small Business Administration in Washington, DC and clerking with a U.S. Federal Magistrate Judge. Her concurrent pursuit as an Interior Designer, Space Planner, and Certified Feng Shui consultant includes designing casinos, hotel and restaurant spaces for the award winning design firms Gensler (LA) and Rockwell Group (NYC) and the U.S. State Department, Overseas Building Operations specializing in embassy design internationally. Team design projects included embassy projects in Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
As an Investment Associate in Commercial Real Estate with BRC Advisors, Sandra brings her legal and design experience, providing valuable financial investment analysis to the acquisition and disposition of income producing multi-family, office properties as well as EB-5 and 1031 exchanges. Her specialty is working with real estate developers to source and valuate potential land development, determine highest and best uses for vacant land and assist in structuring joint ventures. Additionally, her role in Business Development assists in building relationships across all fields. She has an avid interest in emerging art and bringing art into urban infill neighborhoods.
Sandra obtained her degrees from the ivy league institution, University of Pennsylvania (BA and MA), George Washington University (MFA), and Brooklyn Law School (JD). She is a member of the Bar in NY, DC, HI and passed the bar in CA.
Member of the New York State Bar Association, NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Developers, California Receiver’s Forum and, LA County Bar Association Bankruptcy Forum, International Council of Shopping Centers, and is an Alumni of the USC Ross Real Estate program. She assists with World Vision children’s charities to help fight world poverty.
