Aaron has been involved in investment real estate since 2001. His earliest experiences include internships with Robert Ives & Associates, Platinum Realtors, and Pearson Management.
After attending Yeshiva University in New York, Aaron began his full time career in investment real estate as a team assistant at Marcus & Millichap, eventually working his way up to the position of Analyst for several agents where he presented evaluations and sales strategies to several clients every week. In 2006, Aaron co-managed the valuation of a portfolio owned by a large publicly traded real estate investment trust, coordinating the effort between dozens of real estate professionals throughout the United States.
In early 2007, Aaron joined his family’s real estate investment office as a principal. Over this time, he also acquired various securities licenses to assist his partners & clients with real estate syndications, common & preferred real estate investments, and secondary market transactions of non-traded real estate securities.
After several years of structuring private transactions, Aaron decided to rejoin commercial real estate brokerage to coordinate transactions for clients. His experience with advanced underwriting, development and transactional structuring enables him to assist clients in achieving their personal commercial real estate goals.
